ChromaFlow is an AI-powered application generator that creates production-ready full-stack applications from natural language descriptions. The service includes code generation, deployment tools, and compliance verification features.

User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to generate malicious code, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or engage in activities that could harm others or the platform.

Intellectual Property
Code generated through ChromaFlow is owned by you. However, ChromaFlow retains rights to the platform, underlying technology, and AI models. You may use generated code for any lawful purpose.

Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.

Limitation of Liability
ChromaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
